Just pull the plug. Start writing. Don’t think about it too much.
These are thoughts that are rushing through my head as I sit down to write this post – the first after a long silence on here. It’s hard, starting again. The blogging world is a strange world, with whole books dedicated to getting the most out of your content, tips what to post if you don’t know what to write about, etc etc. I’m not a professional blogger and I don’t want to be, I just love to write, so where is my place in this ever-changing online world?
Lately, I felt like I spend a little too much time watching Grey’s Anatomy and not enough time being creative. It bugged me. So now, I’m excited to share more, explore more, create more, inspire more, I’m excited to be back. Forgive me, if I might not be consistent, forgive me if there’s weeks with four posts and then a week of silence. I don’t want to use this space as a place to help me grow my career and be “efficient”, there’s enough pressure in my day-to-day life already.
I’ve also got some exciting news (they were actually the inspiration that made me want to start blogging again): A few months ago, I had the great opportunity of contributing a story to the first printed edition of Let’s Explore Magazine, a new magazine for the wanderer and wanderluster. After lots of hard work, we’re ready to go into print and need your help now! Crowdfunding has started yesterday, so please help spread the word, it would mean the world to me.

Good to see you back :) And also: good to know I’m not the only one who watches a little too much Grey’s anatomy at the moment. One thing that makes me feel slightly better about it though, is that I’m using the time to make Christmas presents (at the moment, it’s a knitted lap blanket for my granddad :) ).
Hope you have a great start to the week.
