I know summer is technically already in full swing, but I only just finished my last exam this week (yay!), so the time to enjoy summer begins now. Summer is definitely one of my favourite seasons. It feels like you can get so much done (the days are so long) and I also have way more energy than in the winter. There are so many fun outside activities and things to do to feel like a child again. Remember those carefree days of living outside and not thinking about anything? The easiest way to recreate them is in the summer time. So here are a few things to do in the summer of 2013.
+ Read five new books. While sitting in the sun of course.
+ Master the perfect iced coffee.
+ Spend each waking hour outside.
+ Try a new recipe every week. There will probably be a lot of salad recipes, because it is summer, but still.
+ Shoot a whole film with my aunt’s old analogue camera.
+ Visit some kind of open-air theatre/movie.
+ Get back into jogging regularly.
+ Have a water balloon fight with my little brother. I need to do this before he feels he is too old for water ballon fights. Sidenote: Hopefully that moment will never come.
+ Continue simplifying and not buying new clothes.
+ Have at least one spontaneous road trip (is it still spontaneous if I put it on this list? Anyway..).
What are you planning to do this summer?
sounds like a really, really good list! have a fantastic summer :)
nice list, I might have to do the book thing as well, and taking lots of pictures and blog a lot, ha. oooh and I will do the open air movie!
